I've got a UNO with Openvix build 808, more problems are occurring and I've been reading the latest threads, so I've decided to move up to Helios. I really would appreciate some advice:

1. If I can't restore my settings from 808, mgcamd, cccam etc., do I copy them first from DCC and then copy them back to the new image/config files?

2. Before I follow the Image Flashing Tutorials, are there any other procedures I need to follow to ensure a trouble free upgrade?

I know that for many of you guys, this is simple and basic maintenance but some of us need leading by the hand.

When setting up and trying to clear the problem I tried both auto and manual scans, when configuring tuner B I used the "simple" setting, I didn't try LOOPTHROUGH, EQUAL TO or ADVANCED. With tuner B now not configured EPG is working. Hope that helps.

Hi Daveyboy and previous posters to this thread, I disabled tuner 2 on my UNO, used "Download Now" in Cross EPG and it all worked perfectly. I now have full EPG on all channels, many thanks to all concerned. I must agree with the comment from Davyboy that it does rather defeat the object of having a twin tuner! Perhaps there'll be a correction in a later build.

Hi Guys, I've been following this thread with interest because, I've got a VU+ UNO twin tuner, I updated to VIX 3.0 Build 808 and changed my cam to MGcam 1.35a a couple of weeks ago. Since then you guessed it, 7 day EPG on FTA only. I know that these boxes are not Plug-N-Play but at times they can be frustrating! Guys if you have the time could you give me a step by step guide as to what I need to do to get a full EPG.

That seems sensible, thanks for that, I've reloaded SGTFlipFlop through TSPanel but there's nowhere to change settings etc. I have DCC can I make any changes (safely) with that and if so how please.

Hi Guys, I need a little assistance . I've just flashed the new VIX image ver 3, build 286, I've loaded TSpanel, channel lists, crossepg, SgtFipFlop and carried out an automatic scan, all's well except that there's no radio channels listed. I've tried the radio button on the remote but only get a blank screen, any ideas?
