Old post I know. But did you manage to sort this? I have same problem. It's deffo something to do with loadbalancer. It doesn't do it if you have it set to 0. If you set to fastest reader first or any other it does it. Could really do with a solution. But if you set it to 0 I get timeouts. Seems to be mainly hd channels.
