if your tv has port 480i like DVD (yellow/ red / white) and if your 322 has that cable , plese try that port not HDMI ,
for update file try this ,

download this files to FAT32 formated USB stick / create mag322 folder on root and copy only this 3 files
- Bootstrap , imageupdate , uImage_mag324.clean
than plug back to box , power reboot box ..hope you get some result
oh ok , do you see infomir screen while loading ?
and what color systm are you using ? is your TV setup or right display settings ?
unplug the power of 322
keep pressed Menu button with one hand , and Plug the power back ,
still hold 3-5 second Menu button , you will get recovery screen like above ,

its for MAG254 but it works same with 322 as well
- few things i want to update you with this image.
1) booting looks bit slow
2) i update your image on MAG322W1 (with wifi model) so main screen logo is showing MAG322 , i know i can change it with bmp.tar.gz , but i am just mentioning , insted of write only MAG322 may be you can change it to MAG322/W1/W2... its just suggetion

Yes , it worked !! this mistake i was doing
> i download Transistonal image to USB , than rename it -imageupdate- but end of ext. i was adding .img (like original image has ) that was giving me internal error , next try i just change the name and it accept right away ,
now box is updating -Release file -

do i have to rename --- "imageupdate_2.19.01-transitional " TO just " imageupdate " ??
here i am confirming , first overwrite factory image with transistional image , than overwrite is with release image correct ??
