You are missing python - requests module. Open Setup in your image. Go to Software Managment - Advanced option - Packet managment.
You must find in the list python - requests ( list is very long). Click and install module. After completing the installation enigma will ask for reboot.

I have bouquets noun writen in arabic when i install plugin they disappear (noun of bouquets become empty )
i try to change to arabic language in the menu same thing and even arabic writting don't show at all
