tar mate, but the service port is asking for a 5 digit number.. my ccam has only 4! argh, dunno what to do!

I'm struggling here which is probably an easy solution for most. I have a mates box, AMIKO mini HD SE. I'm trying to put on a CCcam line on for him and I have no idea where to enter the details, whether to upgrade by usb or enter manually? if anybody could provide me with a heads up I'd be most grateful. thanks!!
