I've got 2 problems and really I neeed your help

1-

I've managed to run oscam on Magicsee 400 Plus after using your

oscam-1.20_svn......-798-armv7a-linux-androideabi19-ssl-libusb series

but there is a strange problem which is

cccam lines works well

but biss and powervu channels don't work although using latest softcam keys

these are my oscam config files

2-

another inquiry I tried many times to install MCAS on my box and after installing the program stops and never opens
