Hi guys don't know if i'm aloud to ask this question so apologises if i'm breaking the rules

My issue started yesterday , i load my auto script via PUTTY and never had a problem the script i use has been in use over 2 years and i constantly update via putty , however yesterday after updating i went to my bouquets and all i see is N/A , when i load the file into putty using usern: root it loads and completes 100% but still doesnt show on receiver (zgemma h9s se, using openatv 6.4 , confusing any help would be much appreciated , thank you

thanks guys all sorted now i created a passwd in the zgemma itself and it worked

only problem now i ftp using ftp client to edit folders i accidentally deleted the userbouquet for my tv channels , i have to tried to reinstall via Putty it all connects and transfers the file but doesn't show in favourites , any ideas before i factory reset

Hi all i am try to FTP tp my receiver to access my folders however recently i havent been able to , its now asking for a password which i've never needed before

Host:192.168 etc etc

Username: root

then connect , now i get critical error and asking for a password, help please?
