I have the same issue with a Mag250 and have done what you suggest above but after rebooting and managed to uupdate the box with the latest software release i still do not have the portal options under the server tab

Hi I have a Mag250 that the original provider has disappeared and the box was blocked with the message 'STB is blocked call your provider' I guessed that the original provider had 'flashed' the box so I followed advice on here and obtained the correct information from informir and downloaded onto a usb and unblocked the box I managed also to carry out an update once I could get access to the settings menu however the portals option is missing in the servers tap, how do i get the portals back to be able to take out another subscription ?

I have had to flash my Mag 250 box to unlock it from its previous iptv supplier but since the latest update I only can access one portal how do i get a second portal to become available?
