Due ti insufficient space on my Vu+uno i added a 4gb flashdrive and installed my Blackhat Image to that.Now the problem iam having when i run in meoboot the Moviebrowser pluggin asks me to build the datebase.I set it to cache folder Hdd but its been over three hours now and its still not built?

I tried changing the title to Into The West 1992-11-11 but to no avail,but then i pressed 2 on the remote and edited from there.

Example go to the moviebrowser press ok then go to the movie that needs to be edited,press 2 on the remote and edit the movie in the top box : Into The West 1992 then it displayed both images,the 1992 one and 2005 one.Scroll to the one you need and press ok.Job done.

Excellent plugin and would be perfect if there was a way to enter images that were not on the TMDB database!

Hi guys i have managed to sort out all the correct images per film by just adding the year the film was made after the initial movie title.

But one i cannot sort out is the movie Into The West 1992 the image and the backdrop show the 2005 tv series of the same name.I have tried to go into the edit part and enter the correct url but i keep getting the green error and the box crashes.

Anyone know how to sort it.Thanks

Also i have to turn box of at the back,it finds the hdd ok after that and also says it is mounted but same thing happens when i transfer movies off pc or try to record of satellite stations.

Hi everyone i have just installed a brand new Wd 2tb green sata 600 6gbs 64mbs 3.5 internal hdd. I managed to get it working and transfered a couple of movies over from my computer but it seems to be unmounting all the time when i restart my vu everything is ok for a while, but then the same thing happens.Also when i tried recording a programme last night it recorded for around twenty minutes and disk full or error appeared?

I have tried running new images iam currently using the latest Blackhole.

Any ideas what to do now.

After changing the skin and picon on my box i seem to have lost the display on the front of my box.Not even the power red light is showing.I have restarted the box and also left off overnight but still nothing.Other than that the box works fine.

Anybody else have this problem?

Will a re-flash sort the problem out?

A few weeks ago i had problems with my external HDD connected to my VU+UNO.I installed my sons old 160gig Apple Mac Pro and everything now runs ok.But iam wanting a bigger HDD.What is the biggest one that is compatible,would a 4TB be Ok?

Yes its a usb powered hard drive. I have actually been thinking of installing an internal hard drive.My son has a Mac pro book internal drive that he took out when he upgraded to bigger capacity hard drive,would this be compatable with the VU

Been okay for the last week watched three movies without any problems,then last night after around ten minutes sound cut off.
Could it be an hard drive problem?

Tried it on usb stick and works fine.Also tried films i tried to watch last night and all ok now very strange?

Hi guys last night i tried to watch a couple of movies that i transfered to my external HDD via pc using the Dreambox Control Centre,i have had a couple of problems with the odd picture freezing before but nothing to dramatic.

But last night three different movies i tried to watch either froze or played ok for a while then the sound cut off.I tried restarting my box but still the same thing happenened,the films are all mp4.

Anybody had the same problems?

Hi guys last week i installed the Movie Browser plugin to my VU+UNO.Most of the movie images are showing ok but some do not show up or are completely different to the original movie poster.

How would i transfer the images to the movie i want.

I know how to go into the edit part but thats as far as i know what to do.

Hi everyone i would like to know if i wanted to use MgCamd would i need to have a .config file like the one i use for cccam.

Where can i find the .config file if needed

Would i have to insert the lines the same has i do in cccam?

All other sats ok

I can get 11895v onwards but not 11798h and 11817v these are the only ones missing.

Hi guys iam having a major problem finding Astra 3B on 23.5E on my Vu.Done a rescan uploaded new .xml sat file but still cannot find sat?

It does not even show up on the display?

Only 3A/1E/1G.

Plugged my old spiderbox in and the sat is working with that and a pretty good signal.

The sat iam wanting is Satelite BG.

Its a payserver that i previously used on my spiderbox which died last week.

I think i might know what the problem could be when i installed the CCccam.cfg i noticed there was also a CCcam.cfg file next to it i deleted it thinking it was not needed.Could this be the problem?

Hi guys today i recieved my vu+ uno,i have managed to sort out my motor got all the sats located and even installed cccam and mgcamd.

But now iam stuck ,as my previous box was a spider i entered the clines and nlines manually can this be done the same way with the vu.If so how?

Or do i have to ftp it.

Done quite a bit of reading about ftp but still completely at a loss how to do it?

Anyone point me in the right direction please?

My system came installed with the blackhole image.
