    Hi there,

Is there anyone from the UK in here, using a Dreambox, or perhaps any Enigma 2 box?

I recently set mine up for the first time. When viewing with local DVB-T2, my EPG is corrupted, like this

    CSCfECS.png

I'm still using DreamOS (latest stable version, Sept 11 2019).

If there are any UK users out here, perhaps you can please let me know what you use to receive UK EPGs on our DVB-T2 "Freeview" and Astra 28.2E "Freesat" platforms?

I realise there is a choice of images out there, but if there's one you've found which is better suited for UK use (but I also receive Astra 19.2E) I'd appreciate the heads up!

    Many thanks.

EDIT: The EPG appears to work on most SD channels. EG, if I visit BBC One SD, the EPG is clear. It seems to mainly affect the HD channels which use DVB-T2.

    Thanks.

I've been trying to find this.

I downloaded DCC-E2 earlier on and thought it might be a good idea to create an image backup of my just purchased DM920 so that if I get into "trouble" while experimenting with all the plugins and images, that I have no idea what they do (or even how to install them, yet) I'd be able to restore the backup image with all my settings, bouquets, etc, without having to start from scratch again.

DCC-E2 wouldn't allow me to do an image backup, telling me that dFlash plugin must be installed (but without a link)

I've been searching for this here, and on google, and scrolling through pages of plugins. It never occurred to me to check in the "No Longer Supported Plugins"

Well, I've downloaded it now, v13.8.

    Hopefully this works!

    Thanks again!

    EDIT: Oh well

    root@dm920:/tmp# opkg install enigma2-plugin-extensions-dflash_13.8_all.ipk

    Reading package lists...

    Building dependency tree...

    Reading state information...

E: Unable to locate package enigma2-plugin-extensions-dflash_13.8_all.ipk

E: Couldn't find any package by regex 'enigma2-plugin-extensions-dflash_13.8_all.ipk'

The file IS there in /tmp, and I also tried *.ipk.

Back to the drawing board. I haven't got very far on my first afternoon with the DM920

EDIT2: Oh, a bit more reading and getting frustrated.... the DM920 needs .deb files because of it’s “DreamOS”. Well, I’m learning!

Now I need a dFlash .deb file.

    Can anyone help?
