Thank you Master-G. How do you re-flash back to a DreamOS image? I want to make sure I have parachute at hand before i jump off the cliff.

Oh, and PS, are .deb install packages compatible with OpenVision? or do i need to find alternate install packages?
And if your off the dream os, does the Restore mode still work? How do you get back to DreamBox Os?

Alright, ill backup my current image and try out the latest OpenVision. Is the Audi image available here in the DM920 Images section, and what makes one from Audi better than a base OpenVision?

If you switch to a non dream OS image, such as OpenATV, can i easily swap back by the same means i swap images now. Just running the restore function, logging into the website and uploading the backup image?

OpenATV is one of the most popular images that is actively supported.
Does it support blind scanning? Can i disable EIT via Transponder? and is there a USB Tuner driver for ATSC?

Image : Dream-Elite 6.0 20190731
I'm trying to figure out my options. I for the most part, really like the DreamElite image.
But, i would like a couple of abilities that i don't know if are possible. First off, i can't loose BlindScan.
I would like to be able to disable the tuners EIT option. In the united states, there is no epg data, but many channels will give a DummyEvent text, and overwrite the valid EPG i do have.
2nd, i would like to hook up a ATSC (North America/United States) TUNER.
OpenPli doesn't seem to be available for DreamBoxes. If i can disable EIT and get a USB ATSC tuner for my DreamElite, i'd be very happy. But, if i need to go with another Image, i am willing, but I need a stable Image that works with the DM920 and is actively supported. In another words, known bugs don't sit for years.
Any input?
