Never mind ... finally sussed it.
Elsewhere in the menu there is a section called Extra Settings .... switches between DVB-T and DVB-C

I acquired an Amiko alien 2 which was used on cable. I've reflashed it with Hyperion 5.5, as it came with 4 on it ... but now I can't seem to scan DVB-C.
The tuner seems to be in DVB-T mode with no option to change to DVB-C.
Am I doing something wrong or is this image totally garbage?

I have acquired an Amiko Alien 2 triple tuner box.
The box is currently running Hyperion v4, on this site I see v5.5 is out ... and on the official site v5.6 - but it's not clear on there which one I should use for Alien 2.
Whats the best way to flash this image. I have flashed Linux boxes before but no experience with these boxes.
