have you set a password.
if not set one in network settings. (setup > system > network > password setup) or something like that depending what image you are using

Its looking for network credentials username and password. Is the my wifi password or zgemma username and password, if so where do i find that?

Can u using the a usb cable extract or drop files to and from the harddrive in a zgemma?

Ya. alot of the folders have somthing in them now. Boxsets is still empty. Anyone have same issue.
Are you sure box set has something in it as mine is also blank and that is correct. If I look using another program I can see box set is not populated with any data

Menu, plugins red to uninstall plugins, extensions choose extremity then install ipk
are we talking Xstreamity or Jedi as plug-in is called JediMakerXtream

Danielk2021 , you will need to uninstall old version it will not update it thinks it is newer version that is installed , It because one is from feeds and other is not. Just wish they would name them all the same.
Cheers. Uninstall and follow the steps set out by my IPTV provider? are the steps set out here. I suspect they may be better.
When you uninstall your playlist will be kept.

I dropped the file using filezilla. didnt work is this incorrect and if so whats the correct way to upload the file.

Danielk, just hold fire, i don't want you posting anything you shouldn't be doing do.
Your line basically holds your details, that anyone can steal if you post it in the wrong place.
I have a broken line I am an investigating at the moment.
If I fix that one, it will probably fix most others that are having issues.
Cheers. i wasnt going to post. Opened file and saw my name and password and the provider. Cooled my jets then.
Are the broken lines what could cause the series not populating?

Does any one want to trust me with their actual line details for one of these problem cases.
I can then thoroughly check what is actually going on. Whether its an api issue, a plugin issue, a provider just being far too large for enigma2 boxes. etc etc
We are not going to solve anything with people keep posting the same thing on various forums, until we know what the exact reason is.If so send me a private message via the conversation icon 9eed00.png

I recently got an IPTV app for my zgemma h7 using jedimakerstream.
All channels in favourites. The issue I’m having is IPTV provides Live channels, Movies and series. Live channels and movies populated the folders in favourites and work fine. The series folders are empty and the IPTV provider is stuck for an answer. He has the same app on his phone and works fine (so he sayes), which suggests that it’s the zgemma is causing an issue.
Also the responce when moving through folders is very slow and sometime freezes.
Could it be the plugin issue? Anyone experance this before ?

I also noticed that while moving through the folders before selecting one, the movement is very slow and can freeze on an folder. i have to reboot to get it moving. This is not a problem i have had with normal channel selection. Could this be the plugin again?

They need to be set to yes, if you want to create them
The bouquet prefix is solely for how it is shown in enigma2 bouquets. It is nothing to do with your provider and your provider is talking nonsense.
Ya mine series is set to yes alright.
