Hello, it's still complicated Kodi in enigma2, I'm also currently testing the Egami 10 image with Kodi 19 and it works quite well, it's the same beta version and with ...

the E2Iplayer plugin runs on 3 legs for info .....

I registered on their site but am not allowed to download from the link I found. and I couldn't find an image for the sf8008 in the download section..

could you provide a link please..

tried the 20211222 on my sf8008(octagon) today..my main concern is kodi so its the first plugin I install. Have tried earlier 7 betas and alphas. At first kodi(the video) runs fine, then after some time the video hangs and the loading circle appears (the one for the enigma2 system not kodi) ..its like the whole system is struggling. At this point only a switch off/on using the power switch on the back of the box would get it back to normal..

Even tried telnet when this occurs, which also takes a long time to respond..like I said, seems the whole system starts struggling after playing some video for a while..

I hope this gets solved at some point..cause I'm still running 6.3 which is the only image that runs kodi without problems for me.. On 6.4 I get the "sound to the maximum and crash" Kashmir described..

    So..again..hope kodi issues are solved..

    hi guys..

i'm about to embark on my E2 journey, this will be my first box ever..

considering my budget, at first i was going for either the H7s or the SF8008, at which point i was more inclined toward the SF8008 because of the CPU and DDR4.

Then i saw the SF8008m, which is about 20 pounds less on "world of satellite", same CPU, same RAM, half the Flash, no GB Ethernet and only one antenna on the mini, are what i noticed, apart from that everything else is the same more or less..

i checked this forum and noticed there's no action in the SF8008mini section, while his big brother has plenty!

so i'm now between the SF8008 and the mini, should i save the 20? any other suggestions are also welcome..

I live in the middle east btw, we use DVB-S2 for the most part, no T or C networks here..

    thanks in advance
