What do you mean in startup? The decoder is in boot and appears to be configured on the display?
the decoder remains stuck on BOOT and doesnt display anything on HDMI it just sits on BOOT and cant see anything on display

maybe my model is older
2 usb 2
1 usb 3
i have not installed image on the 7s for sometime
until today
both usb 2 ports i cant install image
but can on usb 3
is your's the same with 3 usb ports

i think i have the problem, like, the box cant output to hdmi i think
