Yes, in the begining of issue...i can do anything, i let 24 hours and try with dreamup patched and lan option and recover bad sector too, i reflashing with ICVS, before i have new enigma 3.3.2 patched by ramiMaher. So after reflashing, same thing. I cant reboot and i let 24 hours and the receiver reboot, i configure tuner, search services and it works for ~ 10-15 minutes and then shtudown suddenly !!!

maybe is as you said, short courcuiting...

as i have said, i try evrything, without tuner, hdd...wednesday, the receiver works for 10 minutes before shutdown suddenly !

Heyyy...another weird thing, if i let the receiver with the power supply plug in, nothing happens until +/- 5 minutes the receiver boots and sometimes not !!

instantly the receiver without sim boots after few minutes plugged with power supply and a message error come on led display and after 2 minutes shutdown again so the sim is OK !!

as you said, it's a short circuiting on motherboard.

nothing ! that's posible that the sim card was defective ?? Even if the sim was defective the receiver will boot, no ?

yes i try an another power supply, that of my PC display, it's a 12V 3.75A but nothing !!!

it's a model without fan, in fact it's a gift from my brother so he dont tell me until i see it. If i had known, i will tell him to ask for a new model with tuner rev.M.

Yes in the begining i tinker a fan with a switch, i take it on the top of the receiver and it never was warm..

If a let the receiver few hours it comes back again for 30 seconds to 10 minutes, no more and turns off roughly

before, sorry for my english ! I try to understand your thread about power problem with your dm 500 HD but i dont.

I have a similar issue with my dm 800 HD, one day i watch soccer and the revceiver stop suddenly and then dont wont to boot.

I let the receiver 24 hours and i try to power on again and it works for 5 minutes and then it stop like the last time...

So if i let the receiver few hours and try to power on, it works 5, 10 minutes and stop...this receiver drive me nuts and before to buy a new one, i want to try something.

So please can you explain me again what you do to repair yours ?
