Yes you can play them online but you need to use a modified .eboot file the files are readliy available online. Although I have never gone online with my jailbroken console. I use it to try a game out before buying it. (Then I go online with the original) nothing worse than paying £40+ for a game you find out you don't like haha.

your console can get banned online. But unlike the Xbox, PS3 lv0 private key was found. So you can spoof the console I.D and change within a matter of seconds via an app you can install.

With xbox you need to replace the KV (and other things) via jtag and the must be original registered console KV's

Console needs to be jailbroken. And you install games via the .install open that comes with modded firmware or a backup manager like multiman.

Unless you jailbreak there's no way to install games to the hdd

If you use "sat finder" and select 31.5e does it show a signal? You could be missing the sat slightly as there all on the arc. I had the same issue when I was first setting upy motorised. Would get 13/19/23 but when it went to 28 the signal was next to nothing. It surprised me that I only had to elevate the dish ever so slightly to get the lot.

i had a similar issue. used a usb i have always used, just wouldn't start the flash. tried everything, format on usb etc etc.

got a new usb and it worked no problem (although the original usb still works fine, using for epg data at the minute) it just wouldn't update the box.

i assume your dish is lined up correctly?

Will be using the image later mckee. When I came to do it last night the update failed many times. (Putting vu folder on root of usb) I would press power to update. It would read usb for 5-10 seconds then start as normal. Can only assume my usb pendrive had gone faulty lol. I was using it for my epg.dat

I will pop out shortly and get a new pendrive

Is there anyone using openvix on there solo2 with TSmedia proxy fixed? Having a nightmare with my box today trying to get it going. Something just isn't clicking in my head, would be forever grateful if a kind soul would do a backup?

get yourself to maplins, get a cheap sat meter, and start again.

i got round to doing my motorised today after moving it.

i way i did mine was to,

face the dish roughly south, after i set the motor to 0 on my receiver.

selected a channel on 13e then connected my sat finder and tuned the channel.

moved the dish to 19 then 23.5 then 28.2

had a signal on all the sats. was just a case of fine tuning then.if you have iphone i used an app thats free called dish align. select the sat you want to find and it will give you a good line (via google maps) that you can use as reference)

worked great for me.

Hi guys. I have had an nbox in the cupboard for a few months now.
Yesterday I decided to get it up and running.

I have tried to change the boot loader, but had no luck. Say uboot at start. So I have installed an open PLI image.

Here is my problem. I have installed channel lists for 13,19,23 and 28.
I have attached my motorised dish. Box moves the dish no problem but my dish need aligning.
When ever I go the positioner setup I get a green screen and the receiver restarts.

I set my dads nbox up with nebula2 and tested on my dish. Everything was perfect.

So I need help to change image. I have tried to change the boot loader to duo boot, PROG > OK but there's is still no option for B4U

Can anybody help? Or reconnect a stable image for uboot (currently have openpli)

i got an old F3 that i havent used in a long time, also an old SD thompson box. anychance of a tut. would love to blow off the cobwebs on my soldering station.

(modify the remote that belongs to that box and i will be really impressed!!)

As already mentioned. It's not the end of the world, I would be stuck for a hobby however. Although I have recently just left my server to do its own thing without any issues what so ever. I still like to pop on and see what's happening.
I got a subscription and will keep it either way. Let's just see what the future brings

Cheers guys. Have since added fish and done some finishing touches, will add pictures later, at te minute I have 5 parrot fish. 2 albino angels, a baby oscar, a silver dollar and some bottom feeders. Been doing 10% water changes everyday for the last week. And now the tank is fully cycled and looking after itself. So only need to do 10% water change every week or so.

The only proble is as you say it's a new setup. So I assume a new receiver, if you phone them they are gonna want to know why you need to re-pair. Ri*** business, you would potentially raise a red flag
