I have been considering moving from a PC TV server to an E2 box. I have similar requirements and I was recommended the OCTAGON SF8008 S2X TWIN 4K UHD 2x DVB-S2X.
Have you actually tried it Chris?
I was looking at this one yet I couldn’t find any information if it’s going to work like I think it should

My zgemma works as Sat>IP server without any problems. I reckon OpenATV does it pretty much out of the box, no issues here.
Current setup looks like this
Server- zgemma, generates m3u playlist
Clients - TiviMate apps on two Android TVs, some generic app on tablet
This works.
Due to zgemma having only one tuner I can’t watch two different channels on my tvs and this is the issue I’m trying to resolve.

Hi all,
I’m looking for enigma2 stb for home IPTV server. Must be capable of streaming at least two (ideally three) different channels simultaneously.
Currently I’ve got Zgemma H9 with single tuner, works well but I’d like to be able to stream tv to two devices.
I’ve got Unicable LNB with single cable plugged in to the box.
Will any twin tuner box solve the problem if I split the signal? Or should I look for FBC tuner?
