    0963 card doesn't clear some HD channels - new card pairing method
    Issue Description
    Details from live log: "2014/05/04 19:10:35 r [***********] classD3 ins54: status 90 00 = ok but cw=00 -> channel not subscribed".


    ECM is 100% subscribed, works fine in offical receiver. Looking through the latest firmware for an Amstrad DRX595 it shows that a new ECM Corruptor and/or Secondary Scrambling system has been put in place. Possibly means that a different pairing method is now in use for certain ECM's on 0963 cards.


    When the issue occurs
    All the time on "0963&000000/FFFF/0F1A" plus other HD services


    How the issue is reproducable ¶
    Zap to an affected service, ECM is not received from card.
    Can provide a list of affected services.


    Can also provide the lastest firmware update for an official receiver if needed.



    Resolution set to wontfix
    Status changed from new to closed

    yes and no


    if you only want hd 1-6 then you will be fine, but if you want all the other hd channels you will need to pair the card to the original receiver

  • Recent site changes

    Personally i really like the new site changes of late, most of them graphics like the site logo, the new Firewall front end screen and the new user titles, all making the site look a lot more slick and even more professional than it already did


    Something else i noticed which is a great improvement is when you click on a new post in the Latest Posts section at the top it now takes you to the newest post on that thread, where as before it took you to the first post on that thread, nice tweak


    Finally the overall speed of the site loading and browsing the site has improved significantly also

  • Anyone able to reccomend a reliable source for replica sunglasses

    As per the title really, was looking for some nice sunglasses for holiday later in the year and really like the look of the Ray-Ban Original Wayfarer Black 901


    However i cannot in any lifetime justify paying over £100 for a genuine pair, especially as i may only wear them a few times a year


    I used to be on forums before that had people selling cheap replicas of popular brands but those forums no longer exist


    I was hoping someone here may have some experience in buying them online and can recommend a company or 2, would prefer PayPal if possible as i have sold some eBay items recently and can use those funds

  • Uno opnly red led on diplay.

    I get this problem sometimes with my Uno, actually from new


    I know many have discussed this problem before about changing out a capacitor on the main board


    With mine i just power it down for 2 minutes and then power it back up and it brings it back


    I hope you manage to sort it though as this can be quite annoying

    Does anyone have any experience of using "Virtual Mobile Phone Numbers" ???


    There are quite a lot of them it seems, when google searching


    I am looking for a virtual number in UAE that will send sms to me online, i have found a few that seem to offer this, both free and pay services


    But before i take the plunge i was wondering if anybody here has any experience with them?
