buy a new one power supply
i used 12V -2A adapter worked well before, and change to use other 12-2A adapter still same stop.

Check Power Supply, and disconnect anything that could use power, like HDD, smartcards, USB dongles, and you could also remove the Tuner...
Most probably PSU needs replacement.
