jenseneverest, you'd better delete misinformation that free servers do not work and you need some special dedicated one. There's plenty of it in this thread.
I've tested Sky DE with a dozen free servers and most of them worked! And for all except one if there were keys, they were the working ones. And only one server sent good and bad keys alternately.
I use PC so I don't need any special version of oscam or stream relay... In fact I don't even use oscam, I use ncam.
Thanks! You right, the only thing required on a Linux PC is the patched versions of TVHeadend and libdvbcsa.so.1.0.1 I use some old ones (from 10/2022) I've found on GitHub. And my OSCam is three years old ):
