Sorry nothing about oscam in /tmp folder.
What I did is uninstall everything and install it back again.
Here in attached are the two files downloaded.

Thanks Master G for trying to help. But I don't think I understand very well what you mean about "before you finish the installation...".
I' m running a Domica 9.0 image on a clone DM 8000 box. Quite happy with the image as a whole. The only niggling bit is that I downloaded the only version available of Oscam, which looks like a very old one, its name is oscam-svn 4856.
What would be a good method to update it?. Should I uninstall , erase, all files belonging to it and install a more modern one. By the way which Oscam version would be compatble with that image?.
