Ya i'd wait to see if someone with the t90 comments m8...
Have no real experience with them!!
-
Thats the one!....
Best lnb on the market!!...
Everyone on here will back me up on that m8!
-
Never heard of any of those m8....
Wouldnt recommend them tbh....
Check out our sponsor...
-
0.1 db are the much dearer than the rest as they are the best..
Inverto Black Ultra Single LNB HIGH GAIN are the best lnb on the market for signal strength...
-
Only 0.4db...
Your old one is probably a 0.3 or better m8...
That would be why your not getting as much signal in my opinion...
-
Just sounds like your lnb's are weak to me...
What make are they?
-
Yes mate if the sky card is in the vu and you want to use the openbox as a client (just to share to the openbox) it will work perfect!! :top:
-
Remember its only a ccam client!
-
It would be a free to air box only... Freeview is terrestrial remember!!
-
Nice set up pem1, I also have a 1.2m Fibo Gregorian dish. Quite fortunate with my location as I have an undisturbed view of the Southern sky.
Arc is about 50E to 58W with not much useful in the outer limits, concentrate mainly 36E to 30W with, like you, a struggle with 7W most of the time. I'm in the West Midlands.
For those who don't know what a gregorian dish is, this is the 90cm version. They really are the dogz nutz
I want one!! :faint:;p
-
Really?
Can only get 14% on the strongest transponder on 15.8 east since it got damaged..
Hope it will improve it a little bit as it was always coming in loud and clear!
0.8 w hit and miss depending on the weather too!
-
Good thread m8..
Kerry, Ireland myself...
My set up is pretty off at the min due to an exposed dish in the wind!
Spiderbox 5000sd on an 80cm fixed dish on 28.2 east...
Dm500s with a disque motor with another 80cm only picking up 28.2 e, 23.5 e, 19e, 13e, 7e, 5e, 5w, 8w and 30w at the min...
After ordering an "Inverto Black Ultra Single LNB HIGH GAIN" so i hope with a bit of tweaking i will be able to get the weaker sats like 15.8 east and 0.8 west again

Take a look at that for hops..
I'm not sure about ECM, etc..
Maybe our Openbox Mod might be able to answer that when he's around again m8....
-
Router will do fine m8..
-
No you shouldn't have to port forward mate...
You'll be using your ip address like...
So no need for a dns account either as far as I know...
