I thought i would start this Thread as just a comparison to all members on there set up and where they are in the world so people can compare and see what size dish etc they need to get the satellites that they want to view ?

I have a Spiderbox STB with a Triax 95 cm dish with a Dark Motor on the side of my garage and i am about 30 miles away from London, I can pick up with good quality reception from the following Satellites up in the sky they are as follows -

45 East , 42 East, 39 East, 28.2 East, 26 East, 19.2 East, 16 East (or 15.8), 13 East, 10 East, 9 East, 7 East, 4.8 East, 4 East, 0.8 West, 1 West, 5 West, 8 West, 12.5 West, 15 West, 18 West, 22 West, 30 West.

Would be most grateful to know how others are getting with there reception quality and strenght around our globe ??

When i go into wireless connection properties and go to wireless networks it has records of wireless routers that it has been connected to and it does show the router i`m trying to connect to, also his notebook would not onnect on his home network either so there is definately a fault ?

Ok, but he was only round last week and it found my router i also have an old pc connected to router and my ipod touch is finding it, anyway as i said it connected to my router over a week ago but now now finding any wireless networks is this a general fault with this machine would it need to be taken back to manufacterer ??

i keep refreshing network list but it finds nothing

i am on device manager and there is no yellow triangle so not showing up as faulty or not working ?

It searches for networks but finds nothing, i turn what i have been told is the switch but doesnt make any difference on or off should it show red when turned on or off this is switch underneath i`m on about ?

Hi All.

I am trying to fix this notebook for my nephew have read through the manual and noticed it has a switch on the bottom for wireless connectivity ie wireless switch, tried rebooting after turning switch on and still not finding wireless networks, any advice would be most welcome ?

HELLO TO EVERYONE ON THIS GREAT FORUM, oooh sorry for the apps. I have noticed that since yesterday evening i have no ubuntu server it says disscon and 0 cards anyone else having same problem ????
