Hi,can someone tell me what is the best image for the vu duo please,also i was messing about the other day and i seen another channel show in the top right hand corner of the tv screen was this just a error or can you want 2 channels at the same time? Would be handy when there is 2 football matches on

Hi,i have a vu duo very happy with the box but carn't get the hd movies and sports channels to clear,sly1 and uk gold ect work.
