Please be aware that the GTV may require two online software updates.
1) Go through the initial setup wizard when and online update. Do not start setting things up until you've updated as the first online update may factory reset your device.
2) Complete the setup wizard a second time and check for online updates again. The second update shouldn't factory reset the device and you'll now be able to setup as you please.

We've been asked by a few customers how to enable mouse mode on the new style Z8 Pro remote.
Long press the button with 4 dots bottom right of the remote. This enables and disables mouse mode.
