theres supposed to be a way of saving the epg on the hard drive i have tries this and got it to work a couple of times.

but it doesent work always.

what i do is

1. go to 7 day epg channel (bottom of listing)
2. stay on channel for about 40 secs.
3. now 7 day epg is loaded in to blade ram.
4. press off button on box so it goes on standby.
5 leave it alone for another 40 secs.
6. switch blade back on and wait 20 -30 secs
7. if the blade feels like it then it would have reloaded the epg. but it doesent work most of the time for some reason.

im still trying to figure out.

hi does anyone know how to actually store the 7 day epg onto the hard drive. when i put my box in standby and switch back on it just doesent save anything on hard drive.

something was definatly corrupted unfortunatly i still dont know what went wrong i tried all of tens soloution with no luck.

i solved the problem by rebuilding the whole server and now everything is working great even better than before.

i dont have a serices = in oscam.server

ive just renamed it to oscam.services.x and its still not working

do i disable by deleting or renaming oscam.services. all i did was just take the takes off on webinfo

hi guys i changed the backup files, to original but it just made the problem worse by no channels clearing at all.( iv changed thefiles back to what they were now)

any other suggestions

for some reason my oscam log is empty.

from the web info i get the following error when i try to clear the problem channells

i can still watch s## news and s## one just not the hd ones.

i have also put the card in the original stb and all works fine its just not clearing with oscam

just tried that and it dident work,

I hope someone can help.

my card recieved an emm update earlier and since then a few chanells arent clearing namely sly 1 hd sly living hd *** fi hd.

the other channells are working fine all the movies and sports channell are all clearing.

im using a linux ubuntu server with oscam and cccam + omnikey

what can i do to fix this problem ?

hi ive fixed the problem thanks to mkahn and thanks for your help as well ten.

to fix Add bytes 53 & 44 to ecm whitelist it will then clear those channels.

ive just checked the services file and i dont have any of the view asia channells listed in this. do you know how i can get the listed in services

all my other channells are decryting ok. i have got the box id originally using this method it must be something else

hope you guys can help, im running my server on ubuntu with s** uk card. running oscam & cccam.

ive recently subscribed to the view asia package. Now the channells are working in the s** hd box however when i put the card back into my card reader the channells arent decoding on my reciever or on my mums recievers.

do i need to do something on oscam/cccam.

please help.

ive tried that also but cant connect it to oscam, but please if you have any sugestions i would be gratefull
