Hi gorski, perhaps I didn't make it really clear. In addition to making tuner ok for cable it is necessary to disable T2 and for tuner C enable it for T2 but disable it for cable. With the other images, if you enable cable, T2 is automatically disabled and if you enable T2, cable is automatically disabled.

re my post #542, I have found a solution to my problem. It is necessary to actually disable the tuner cable option. ie. in my case tuner B T2 is disabled and tuner C cable is disabled. Then all works fine.

Unfortunately none of the settings including "preferred tuner" have any effect to make the tuner C work. It scans ok but is not accessible as a terrestial tuner even though it is set to type t2.

gorski, I have set up my Zgemma 7C with the three tuners set to A-Sat, B-Cable, C-Terrestrial (in view of the likely loss of cable at the end of the month) and scanned all three successfully. However when I try to select a terrestrial channel, Pure2, OpenSpa and ATV all refuse to select tuner C and lock into tuner B. Pli and Vix images work fine with all the same settings. Is there something missing in the Pure2 image or is there a hidden setting available somewhere?

Foxyboy, the Zgemma H7 box is ideal for anyone having enigma2 as a hobby rather than just for watching tv.

I have been experimenting with and testing images since 2003 first in enigma and then progressing to enigma2.

The four boot options are great in that you can have 2 or 3 semi-permanent images and have the 4th boot sector to test out other images as they come along without upsetting your permanent images.

I have OpenATV, Pure2, OpenVIX and Pli running at present. All images are running very well. They are all running so well that I am having difficulty deciding which image to over-write if I want to test something new.

I prefer the VTI image. I experiment a lot, trying out different images and always end up back with VTI.

Have you pressed the yellow button on the XE plugin to install the bouquets?

I have a zgemma 7c which has one sat and 2 cable tuners. I t is faster than my VU ultimo 4k and does everything that does. I like experimenting with images and the 7 has 4 multiboot options built in and it takes only seconds to switch between them. I personally would go for the zgemma 7s which will run IPTV faultlessly, play downloaded films, music etc.

The EPL are only giving Tring delayed transmissions of the 3 pm games. Unfortunately Tring are a bit slow in changing their EPG

I dont know French other than basic schoolboy level but I think Nounou is asking how he can change the parent control level for his card. It is normal to require a password in the card reader file to do that.

In the card reader config file there should be a line passwd=0000 and that would need to be changed. I think 1234 is the norm to allow full access.
