At the moment how to share Dolce is not common knowledge and thats probably the way its going to stay. As far as i am aware the best emu to try at the moment is OSCam. RQCS may be worth looking at although if it will work or not is anybodies guess.
It may be worth sharing you findings with the OSCam team over on Streamboard.

the oscam rus with RSA ,with you will use ur dump and use the GENDT08_SK so with out the rqc ,be able to emu.
