Its so easy mate u can send repo zip files with ftp to wetek then system-settings-addons-install from zip file choose folder the u send the zip files find the repository zip files and install them
Or second way u can enter repo links manually like this system-filemanager- add source enter the repo urlRepository address

latest ipk only creates bin and script files if u check 11190emu script file u see there /usr/bin/cam/oscam_emu -S -c /etc/tuxbox/config_emu & so for emu oscam u must create same name folder to etc/tuxbox/config_emu and send your old config files to inside , if u dont have and old config files use this old file take configs from it and send to your wetek then edit conf server user etc files with your details
