    i ordered one its lx1 for to mess around with from a german firm i hope i can manage it i wonder do you put image on by usb and can i use any image on it

    stella you can load the blackhole image it wont affect the xbmc version it will show up when you press menu you will find blackhole and xbmc to select from then select blackhole and follow ZYGA,s excellent guide to install the latest gigant for prismcube P/S you dont have to do a fresh start because if you dont have blackhole running already there is no files to delete.thats how it worked for me anyway cheers stella

    ok stella try this one more time .forget black hole for the time being ok . do a first install ok then i hope this is ok with the mods here then when thats done .go to system source click on none then type in exactly http://fusion.xbmchub.com then name it fusion then system install from zip file reboot the prismbox .the go programs files click on hub wizard and you should be there.best of luck stella

    stella check your network settings also this being iptv based a lot of the servers come and go . dont get disheartened stella you will get there in the end. i suggest stella you try fusion which is less complicated ZYGA has posted a you tube of how to do this. in this section give it a try then we take it from there best of luck stella

    ok stella go to menu button on r/c there you will see both black hole and xbmc .go to xbmc and install xunity all will work ok then for you

    have you an ethernet wire connected stella or how do you connect your internet to prism.if you have ethernet connected your isp should show please explain how you connect and we try then to guide you

    when you press the menu button it should give you a chice between xbmc and blackhole in the window. pressing the xbmc on remote will give you xunity if you have it installed and at this time all programs are working 100%

    stella i hope you hadnt too many lol .from what i am gathering from your posts your internet doesnt seem to be functioning right .try as lambo suggests go programs start afresh . put the blackhole 1.2.2 on usb stick insert it in the back of prism box pull out the power supply and reinsert it then it will upgrade it only takes a short time it will then prompt you to remove the usb stick then wait and then your done .then http://fusion.xbmctalk.com then when fusion is installed install http://xunity.xunitytalk.com that should sort it out for you i am after just repeating the process on mine for the sake of seeing was there a problem and all is working 100%fine .and lastly stella check your internet setup best of luck stella
