  • Amiko Alien 2 Triple Tuner Record 1 cannot watch another!

    I am pulling my hair out on this so I hope someone will be kind enough to shed some light on why I have some channels unavailable when I am recording.


    I have not quantified this but this is what I have seen.


    If I record a channel I have noticed that I can only view HD channels the others are not available. If I record a s_y channel then any other s_y is scrambled. It just doenst do what I had hoped.


    I have a twin lnb with cable to both tuners as well as tdt cable to the 3rd tuner


    Using what I think is the right setup. Ie tuner 1 and tuner 2 separated.


    I am using Spark 1.2.61 and either USB stick or Network drive to record on.


    Any Ideas please

  • Amiko Alien triple cccam on Spark doesn't decode 2 channels at the same time

    Hi guys,


    I am using the Amiko Alien 2 with triple tuner using Spark and cccam to decode. This worked pretty much out of the box but when I try to watch a decoded channel and record one at the same time it just says not running. There doesn't seem to me a problem with recording a none scrambled channel and watching a scrambled channel but when I try to record 1 and watch 1 it doesn't work...any ideas...thanks in advance.
