No problem m8, I run a satellite enterprise myself.
So what I do is first I try to excluude hardware problems and later on I look at the software.
Another possibilty could be that the tuner is broken, it happened to me with my VU Solo, after the turer was replaced everything worked fine.
Once again please tell me what your sat configuration is , ( single lnb, motorized or more lnb's on a switch.)

Like newtolinux says it is a new receiver and not many do have it.
Could you tell me some more about your sat configuration and what image you are running on your uno
Maybe your tuner is not configured right, after we have this info maybe we can help you trhough the configuration.
All I can do for you is to give you a check list maybe that will get you somewhere.
1 Check LNB
2 Check Cable
3 Check Switches if any attached.
Try to test with a conventional receiver.

Hi m8 after doing what master G told you u only need to put the following in your browser
http://(ip of your box)
hit enter
A new page will appear, click on upgrade firmware
Browse to the directory where you stored the nfi file
click flash and when ready reboot the box

You can download settings lists from various sites and put them into your receiver by using a prog called Dreamset
Download a settings list and upload it to your DB with dreamset.
