as the box is still few days old i think i still can get a refund from the seller (i hope so) i want to reset it to factory settings with original image so that i can return it to them . cccam business was a nightmare for me if u c what i mean :ops:.

i have recently installed a blackhole image on my vu duo (original) didn't back up the original image , how can i reset it to it's original image & factory settings ? the box is only a couple of days old bought from germany ,do you think i still can return it and get a refund once it is reset ?

i hope this thread will not breach any rules, as this is a sensitive issue . recently i have bought a vu+ duo original , tried few cccam servers but they all have freezing problems , and what was suppose to be a pleasant experience has become a source of frustration . all i want to know is do glitch free servers really exist ? YES or NO , tha'ts all i'm after :beated:

Thank you Mckee , i have read the tutorial you recommended , i find it quiet easy & simple . one more thing you said the duo might come with an image flashed on it . how will i know that !!! i have come cross this page : VU+ Duo . is that the right place to download an image ? which image will you recommend !

i have a vu+ duo on it's way , i'm planning to stick a hdd on it later on ,but for now i want to know what to do ,please bear in mind that i have never done this before and so far i'm a bit confused with all the techy stuff .
i also have few questions :
do i have to flash the box and install an image ?
if yes from where can i download the latest STABLE software !
