Been a long time since i used an nbox but from my recollection, the blue button brought up the softcam manager where you could map the ca1 to ca0 in the server settings (i think)
Although I was running pkt nebula v3 (which ran very good but didn't have many plugins installed)
Not too sure about openpli i'm afraid.

To get a share, you should give a share.
Lets say you want something from europe but are unable to subscribe due to your location, you then have the option to subscribe to some package that is within your location and offer this package to share in return for the european (or wherever) package you desire. Hence the word sharing.
Some start off with a cheap porn card and use this to get the shares for the packages the would like but remember, the package you subscribe to must be desirable to the people your looking for shares from.
This thread will explain it in more detail:

Rytec providers will not update for me either using bh 2.1.4
XEPGDB providers will update, they have rytec providers (XEPGDB repacked) there which did work for me (only tried italy and germany/austria/swiss xmltv though)
Hope it helps. -
Need a little bit more information.
What image were you using, do you have a backup, did it happen all of a sudden or was it after an upgrade/ plugin installed?
Is it a genuine vu solo or a clone? -

f: my.ip.dns user pass 0 0 0 { 0:0:1 } #will this setup make me only share my local card or cards??#
This may be the reason your friend cannot connect to you, It should be his dns located at the end of the f line, not yours at the start.EG:
QuoteF: user pass 0 0 0 { 0:0:1 } { } { } yorpeersdnsaddress

http://linuxsat-support.com/showthread.php?t=4Or try oscam, it can be a bit daunting at first but I find easier to use when trying to control reshare / different packages / locals etc

You need to install multiquick button (can be found on the blackhole addons) and map your epg button to cool tv guide
You also can map any other remote button functions (think the ch+ and ch- buttons on initial bh setup don't zap channels up or down) -
The light on the front of receiver and ir sensor will flash on and off constantly.
Power off receiver with rocker switch at the rear of receiver and remove usb stick.
Power back on and job done. (fingers crossed) -
You could try load balancing in oscam.conf file
Quotelb_mode = 1
This will use the fastest reader (after 5 ECM's the reader with the fastest response time will be selected) -

It'l be gone off by the time I get it sorted
What exactly do you mean? -
Oscam server section is for converting proxy card details (c-lines / N-lines) and then goes into your server config file.
Oscam user section is for converting F-lines and then goes into oscam user config file. -
Here it is:

hi mate when you say details do you mean flins
Your line details, eg: N: something.domain.something port# user pw 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14
This was in relation to MuRf15's problemTo convert f lines, paste f line into top window of program and select "F: Lines".
On bottom window, select "oscam.user" and hit the "convert to oscam" button.
You can then inserted the converted details into your oscam user file on your server. -
You can use it alright.
Have a look at this thread, it may help you get it set up. (if it hasn't been setup already)

Looks like Ch4 Hd/sd (28.2 fta) have it also.

Normally I only take into account 3 factors when buying a receiver.
1 Budget.
2 How many tuners i require (record one channel/ watch another etc)
3 Support for receivers that fit into the first two categoriesHope this helps.
-
Looks daunting at the start but it isn't difficult at all.
-
Possible alright but is going to cost you initially (package to share and a decent receiver/server)
Have a look at our sponsors site regarding the hardware (receivers / dish / motors etc..)
