Have been in touch with the sponsor of this site left box with him,he has rung today to tell me its on its way back.
It pays to have an original box and the bloke who runs the company seems a decent bloke to deal with.
If you are thinking of buying anything satellite related use him well worth it.

Have tried to re flash image but nothing just the solid red light think i might have to get in touch with the the sponsor(glad i did not get cheap clone from china)

Hello i brought 2 solos from the sponsers of the site so i no they are original mine and my dads have been fine but my dads has all of a sudden stuck on stanby.
ive changed remote batterys ive pull out the plug and put it back in which normally results in a vu solo box coming on with grrenn light but his just stays on the red light.
Has anyone come across this before and is there a solution his box is only 4 months old and is not used that much compeared to mine.

The ip of my box is correct i have run the search function just in case but it makes no difference.

Never had any problems with DCC but went into etc cccamconfig and made a change all worked as you would expect.
Now when i try to use DCC i get telnet connected then telnet disconnected error 10057 in function send socket is not connected i have done nothing to change it apart from the cccam config?

I have this working ok with the latest bh image the only thing is on the channel lists a lot of the channels are not highlighted so i presume not avalible or is there anything i could do to get them working.

What is the blackhole pcsc panel in ther it says pcsc service for usb readers current status stopped should this be enabled

No the tspanel is not on the image

Only use a usb stick epg data is set to the usb stick and ive got no picons and have added no extra plugins to the backup image.

I use ten belows back up blackhole images ive used 2.02 2.03 everything works great on the tv side of things but my usb stick mounts and i have me epg working ok then a day or two later go into device manager and my usb is not showing after working ok all this time,i also get the green screen if i select the speed up menu.
do not no how to put up the crash log.
Has anyone else had this problem or no what i could be doing wrong like i say ive had usb mounted configerd crosspeg epg used crosspeg downloader from plugin menu (sometimes ive had to use the reloader after that)and my epg is fully populated and working then in time the usb just dissapears.

Thanks for your help sorting that problem out.
Do i need to run the crosspeg epg loader daily.

Have taken usb stick out cleared it and put it back in now it can be seen and i have mounted it again do i need to run cross peg epg dowloader again.
Also when i do anything to the box im unpluging it to take out usb stick or to give it a full reboot,can you use the reset button on the back.

There is no mount manager do you mean device manager.
I have done all this when i mounted it originaly and had it working ok but now when you press device manager there is no usb stick showing.

I have used the latest ten below back up image i had the usb stick mounted and epg was working ok yesterday but today only showing info on a few statrions have run crosspeg downloader but have noticed that when i go to device manager and mount points its not showing my usb stick so its stopping the epg working due to lack of space.
why has my usb suddenly gone.
any ideas the epg and usb where working perfect.

I have not added anything to the back up image that ten below done is there a way to check memory im using a 2gb stick which was empty when i put it in.
The only thing i have done is use the excellent plugin ice films and whatched a couple of films if this fills memory is there a way to clear it.

Hello just selected plugins and it says some plugins are not avalible extensions/cooltvguide({errno 12}can not allocate memory)
Iam assuming this is what is causing me problems any idea how to fix this.

Hello could you help me out with the epg when i go to cross peg epg downloader and down load it i still get the odd channel with info so i thought prehaps the box needs a reboot so i done this and now when i press the epg button nothing happens but if i keep my finger on the epg button i get a box come up with 3 options graphic multi epg, single service epg, multi epg, non of these are the cool tv guide and only show a little epg info.
Confused.

Sorry for all the qustion ten but the other thing i noticed is that 19.2 e does not appaer in the sat lists is the best bet to just use a program like dreamset to send catseyes latest settings across.
