It works now 
but only with this version "libcrypto1.1_1.1.1i-r0_mips32el.ipk"

Hi kitte
oscamicam versions 11719-V9 (V19/V20) don't work on my mipsel stb vusolose with openbh 5.3.003 image.
I installed normally your version of oscamicam 11719 and I can run it via softcam panel but oscam webif or configuration via ftp don't work at all, oscam don't recognize changes.
When I only copy a older binary version of your oscamicam 11718 in usr/bin (normally I rename it to "oscamicam") all works fine.
