Did this channel change its encryption? My cccam server does not open it any longer.

Hi!
I'm currently on Astra 19.2 but planning to move on to Hotbird 13 (or do a double LNB setup) if I can watch this channel (I think it's the only one that shows some matches from La Liga)I haven't found many comments about it. Can this channel be watched with oscam or cccam? Or is it impossible to open?
