Just noticed this evening that the codings have changed on BISS used on 27.5W for the English channels, can anybody let me know when new ones are available for use with my Opticum HD box. Thanks in advance to all you very helpfull people.:sad:

Got to find out if they're actually transmitting or not. Doesn't make sense if we can get the rest of them present in the same transponder and using the same biss key. Let you know of any developments ....

The signal is showing transmission and there was some delays getting these up and running on 28E last year, but they should be on 27.5W by now and using the same keys as the rest so it doesn´t make sense not being there so maybe they are not on line yet for some reason !! We shall see.

BBC 1+2 sd+hd, BBC3+4(cbeebies/cbbc) sd, ITV hd+sd, Ch4 (hd only), BBC news+Parliament, BBC Scot/NI/Wales and a couple of the interactive red button screens all work ok, but same as you kota8790in, no S4C HD, STV HD nor UTV HD, they stay scrambled up, but apart from a few local programs no great loss as any Eastenders fan would say !!

Just got my hands on a new X405 already coded to open the BISS channels available on 27.5W and it works perfect giving BBC1/2,ITV1 & Ch4 in HD, plus a few others in SD incl BBC radio channels 1-6. The perfect solution for all the Ex-Pats in Europe if the proposed new channel changes on 28.3E happen later this year.

BISS on the BBC channels at 27.5W. I´ve just got my hands on a Opticum X405 HD box ready coded up for these channels and it works just luverly, giving BBC1/2,ITV1 and CH4 all in HD and works here in Southern Spain quite strongly on a 80cm dish no problemo.beer10

Hi Lacierva. Got new box, up and running and does what it says on the tin! It´s the Opticum X405 HD box and comes already coded for the BISS on 27.5E, giving BBC 1/2 sd+hd, BBC3/4 sd, ITV1 sd+hd, channel4 hd, BBC news sd and a few BBC radio channels 1-6, so enough to please the soap fans!!! Works just fine on 80cm dish and will DiSEqC to 28.2E to get all the other FTA and SLY channels which won´t be moving, although I´ve got it running at moment on a Usals motor with a 1.1m dish.:trbtjrjq: Can you please e-mail me as I´m finding it very frustrating trying to open some line of communication with you to discuss a few things relative to what might happen with these changes. Hi Lacierva. As my name says, Camposat, yes I am the installer known pretty much throughout Andalusia, you may have seen my adverts around your area. I was picking up a Opticum BISS precoded receiver which works, today, but been too busy working up near to you most of the day and not had time. Will collect Monday and let you know how it goes.

Hola LaCierva. I´m just outside of Malaga and hopefully tomorrow I will be collecting a receiver which is already coded for the BISS on 27.5W. I will let you know further details as I get to play with such. The codes I can get, just can´t get to grips with how to install them onto my Ferguson Ariva 120HD...

Help !! I trying to install codes for BISS on Intelsat 907 channels @ 27.5W on my Ariva 120 combo and just not making any form of sense on how I go about doing it...Can anybody out there throw some helpful advice this way, por favor. This might be the only way soon for us to watch Free English Television in this part of the world and there will be a lot of suicidal people about here this summer !! Thanks in advance.
