Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone can help me. The other night my nbox just switched off, now when it loads up, the channel it is currently on displays for like a second and then the box switches off again.

I've tried installing all images currently available and the same thing happens on all of them.

To add, before putting my line on the box, I can navigate through the menus but once the line is added and the box is rebooted the above happens.

Help is needed, hopefully some kind person on here can share some wisdom.

I've installed the Zero image on a pen drive and I'm running the image from there. Zero wouldn't run at all from the nand. I've just installed the essentials plus auto timer and so far no freezing. Also I tried a test recording, and everything went smoothly. So I'm thinking maybe it was what you said about running out of memory. I just hope now that this lasts, fingers crossed.

Thanks for the reply nano, I haven't installed any plugins apart from auto timer. The rest are just what comes with the image.

I get past the first installation on both Zero and Hyperion and then setup Crossepg added line and scanned channels, then both just crashed. Then immediately after rebooting the images then crash again.

I'm not really expecting the box to be perfect, but I'd like it to run properly most of the time. As far as Oscam goes, I'm using your settings from another thread along with the latest version.

I'd be very greatful if you could advise me on what to do. Should I factory reset or reinstall the image or something else?

Hi all, I'm having serious problems with this box. Here are some things that I am experiencing:

1. Recording is very unstable, box freezes when a recording starts or ends and requires a reboot

2. When viewing a recording, the box will freeze and requires a reboot

3. A couple of times a day, the box will just freeze for no apparent reason and requires a reboot

All this is seriously frustrating, is anyone else having these sort of problems?

I'm running Nebula v3 on the box with the latest version of Oscam.

I've also tried Nebula Zero and Hyperion on the box, but I can't get them to work at all. Both images just crash after booting.

Can someone please help, thanks in advance.

Working perfectly for me on Nebula v3.

I'm using a cline mate, don't understand why it's happening. I tried a recording through the night when box was in standby and it worked fine. Also if I record what I am currently watching it also records fine.

It only happens on a timed recording, while watching a different channel.

Hi, I seem to be having some trouble with the recording features of my Nbox. When I am watching something and a timed recording starts on another channel, it causes the box to freeze and as a result I have to reboot the box.

Anyone else have this problem, and does anyone know how to stop this happening.

Can't get the plugin to work, I'm using Catseye channel list. I'm quite happy with it.

SOunds to me like thats the issues that the HDD isnt configured properly.

Thanks for the reply mate, have got it sorted now. Was running E2 7.1.7 image and it wasn't working, I have now changed to Nebula and it's working fine.

The problem I'm having now is some channels are missing epg info. More4HD, E!HD, and some others are missing 7 day listings, is there any way to fix this? I've tried all of the UK epg providers and still no luck, if someone could help that would be great. Thanks

Hi, I'm having trouble with Crossepg on the Nbox. It downloads everything and I have rebooted both GUI and box but no 7 day epg is showing. I'm just getting now and next and that's not even for every channel.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
