Downloaded S*Y UK ready Nabilosat Oscam+CCcam2.1.3 DM500 Backup but when i open dreamup i cannot find the file in dreamup if that makes sense do i need to use a different program to flash the box.

will check with the supplier that it is ok to open the box without any penalty on my warrenty and take it from there.

If it is the box being faulty is it worth sending back as it is still under warrenty, down the line if i do need to flash the box i am going to be struggling with a dodgey usb port.

Formatted the usb with my computer to fat32 plugged into the box and nothing tried two more usb's did the same way and the box will not reconnize them could it be the usb port on the box is faulty

Did what you said tried for a hour last night still the same, this morning tried on another tv and everything fine went into menu, tv system the setting are

Video Resolution 1080_50
Aspect Mode Auto
Video Out Yuv
Digital Audio Out Lpcm Out

The box seems to be working fine, went into Media still all the options are grey and it wont let me use any of them

Tried what you said hooley still the same are we running out of options

Its hd tele connected with a hd lead

hooley anything other than the 560 i cannot get rid of the message regarding the v format

if i did a factory reset would i still be able to format my usb to the box because as it is i can do nothing with the thing

Only way to get rid of the the message no osd show press v.format is to have the box 560 instead of 1080

Half of the options in the menu are not highlightered and the box wont let me use them

Am i better starting afresh with the lastest update as i am getting no where fast or do you know what i've done to the box so i can get myself out of this mess

once in media all the options were a dull grey and it would not let me highlight any of them god knows what i've done could be a long night

I've tried a number of usb pens and never got that message (stick connected) so is there a way to get the box to reconize the usb pen

No when i put the usb in the box it does not recognize it i'm only saying that because nothing comes on the screen when i insert the usb could this be the problem

Next a window appears with 5 options

1 TP_Prog.dbs (Sat,TP,Prog)
2 Back_Logo.m2v (background)
3 CCcam.cfg (CCcam Plug)
4 CCcam.prio (CCcam Plug)
5 Constant.cw (CCcam Plug)

Green button adds a tick to option 1
Yellow button to Upgrade
Yellow bar goes to 100 percent underneath that
Upgrade Finished, Press "info" key for results

Press info button on the remote and it says file not found

Hope this makes sense
