thank you for your support, after installing new ver 2.9 Epgimport disappeared from the list.
also i can find it at
/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/
The issue is with the installation script, as I manually decompressed the plugins and placed them in their correct directory, and the plugins are working
