I use telnet command on dm920 with openpli image... But plugin dont found on plugin list and not found on :
usr/lib/enigma2/Python/plugin/extensions

Also, I installed it via the softcam-feed-universal_4.8-r0_all.ipk file, but in the menu-plugins-download plugins - there is no softcam section
install any softcam, Oscam ...Ncam..., and it will appeare with blue butoon

OATV 7.6 is available for the dm900, but not for the dm920, which is based on the same architecture. Did you miss it?
