Thanks MasterG I'm just going to put an image on the DM 800.

I'm really only doing it to see if the 800 will be any better than my 500. The 500 is working fine and has done for a long time. I have a backup as well but thought I'd try an 800 to see if it improved it any.

Edit. I found the files elsewhere but I don't see any instructions on installing. What do I do ( which files do I use ) to change it to Enigma 2 only. How do I install the files.

Edit 2. I managed to get this installed but the problem now is I cannot FTP to the box so no way of getting files needed on. Is it definitely User root Password root

Hi I just got one of these boxes from a m8. I'm trying to get it set up so I downloaded the firmware from Lavatronics will this work? or do I need a parched firmware? Also I want to add an N line is MGCAMd in the firmware or do I need to install the above files from the other section. If so how ?

I know this is a very old thread but having read it I was wondering if freerider or anyone else could give an update on whether this worked. I have been searching for the last few days for info on this very subject.
