this is what I'm getting when I tried to install oscam. any ideas why I get this error

I can only see these three files inside "
control.tar.gz,data.tar.gz,debian-binary"

I installed the file you made for me and works perfectly, but I cant see it it the list of softcams in the VTI image. any ideas why?
This means I can never uninstall it...
