I also mistakenly posted in the images thread so apologies for that. In brief my tuner was reporting nothing connected. All issues sorted now it was all down to the psu being faulty, bought a new one and all up and running. Phew...

Hi all, installed this along with ssl84, all seemed fine. After a manual scan on 28.2 the box rebooted itself, but worked ok but I then tried to rescan manually a single transponder as I couldn't view a certain channel, the box then entered a reboot loop. I didn't have time to correct this last night but was scratching my head what could have caused it. Could I have a problem with my tuner drivers, to be honest I'm a noob to this and any help will be appreciated. It's a SIM 201 and the previous ssl was 76 if that helps? Thanks

Hi, any help would be much appreciated.
My box was running an old gemini image from 2010 basically the one it was shipped with on ssl76 i think.
I have updated the bootloader whilst flashing an image, the box has accepted the ssl84 but ive tried several relevant images but they either get stuck in a reboot loop or crash and reboot whilst trying to set it up.
Could it be a hardware issue, should i go back to the previous bootloader and an older image? Confused.... -
Sorted, seems i was making it harder then it was. Embarrassingly i found ts panel when i pressed menu :lolrangers:

Hi, Ive placed in temp the 5.9_mispel .ipk . In the File Browser menu i then installed the ipk and had the message that the install was succesful however ts panel does not appear in the addons menu. I have the GP3 ramiMAHER image. Any pointers would be appreciated.
