redbellied and everyone else thanks, i loaded in a default sat xml then done a scan without clearing existing, then downloaded auto-bouquets and it works correctly now.
wonder how/why it doesn't get the correct one in the first place. when does satellite get updated? when a scan with clearing existing is performed?
i have tried many images, will try a default uk sat xml now. also thanks for your help :)

i think autoboquets is getting invalid frequencies some how. it also messes with the lock in sat finder it sets it to manual an losses lock until i press ok an then it locks? will try new version now

ok, couldn't get the newest version to work was throwing up a bad magic number error. istalle the sept version and i get similar to my first post. it has now however created the bouquets nut all channels are grayed out when zapping to them it says tuner unavailable. I then go to satfinder an the lock box has a x in there until i press ok then it goes to a tick and shows satellite signal etc... when i then exit it out it gives same error (grayed out) i then go back to satfinder and again its not showing any signal and has an x in the lock box until i press ok.
any suggestions?

cant get this working correctly, seems to install correct etc.. but when i run it, it doesn't create ant new favorites and the channels it puts into the all category are grayed out. any suggestions?
