My sincerest apologies in advance. I am a newbie to the site and to satellite receiving in general. And I am pretty sure that the answer to my question is already here somewhere, only I'm not having any luck finding it. I have a Vu+ DUO and running on Black Hole. I have lost certain HD channels and about 5 music channels are displaying original pictures but the sound from 1 channel is dubbed over them.
Put simply, I am entering

Menu, plugins, TSpanel, addons, linuxsat_support_Addons, channel lists, Clobs Bouquets28.2 then allow it to do it's thing. But no update. Is there another way I can download this update.
