yep, I have a Samsung smart TV with a Sat tuner & CI slot built into it, so you could certainly use a cam module with it but not be able to share it.

Yes you are right buddy, you need to amend your boxkey line, it should be a combination of letters and numbers, 8 in total. ( you need to convert the serial number of your sly box to hexadecimal to find out the boxkey)

You say that your card is working now but with a # symbol in front of any line in a cccam config means that that line can not be read. Have you only got cccam installed, is oscam also running??? the n line in your config would indicate this, and it is this that is actually reading your card. if that is the case oscam can detect the boxkey itself.

password = vuplus (give this a try, could be different)
port = (leave blank)
You could try the program I have attached for you, it is Dream Control Centre. It has FTP/Telnet etc.

You don't have to use a usb stick to install the ipk file for cccam buddy, you can use a FTP program like filezilla for example, you ftp into the root directory of your solo2 where all the files & folders will be. You need to insert the ipk file in the "tmp" folder and then install as per Ten's post.

If you can, format the HDD to fat32 before you install it in your solo2, Vix will automount the drive for you.
I would take the batteries out of the vu remote and leave it for about 10 mins, then put them back in.This should have wiped the pairing code from it that controls your TV.Now turn the Volume up on your VU and then re-code the remote to work with your Tv.

Ok if you haven't done so already you need to install cccam onto the solo2 , you can find it here: BH Cams
Once you have that installed and running, press the blue button once to get to cam menu.
You will then need to FTP into your box, goto the etc folder, in here look for CCcam cfg. right click on it and choose edit, you can then paste your C line in here. Restart the cam after this.
Payservers are only helping to end this great hobby buddy, they are pure scum who only want your money! There are a few threads on the go at the minute in the forum regards sly new pairing & card updates system.So a payserver would quite happily take your money then leave you looking at a black screen,just like you are tonight.

yep, that's the same settings as I have on mine running 649, i'm sorry buddy but at the minute i'm not sure why this happening on your Ultimo.Hopefully someone else will come along with a fix.

I would imagine if this was a "test" line that it was only valid for 24hrs, where did you get it from? a friend I hope as we don't offer support to payserver supports here.
You only need a dyndns addy if you plan to share your local card with peers, you don't need it to put a cline in your box and view encrypted channels.
Just check in menu/setup/system/button setup what the settings are.
If it's the latest version of it BH 2.0.2 revC check the autoshutdownplugin, press the green button you should see it on the list, check the settings or disable it.
