Hi I cant FTp to this image, it says FTP is disabled, I enable it and reboot, still disabled.
The FTP is not disabled in the image bud.... what username & password are you entering when using FTP??

Yep as long as the text file is named CCcam.cfg it will work bud. Just paste your line into it... When you ftp the file over to the etc folder right click on it and give it attributes of 644. Job done!

thanks for the info McKee 25,i have just got it tick now but the problem now is no config files found,i will reflash this box tomorrow and start again,i have another box with same vix image and there is no problems with it,
Did you download the softcam directly from the vix feeds??? if so they don't come with a CCcam.cfg file as part of the installation.... you will need to FTP your CCcam.cfg file over to the etc folder on your box... then start/restart the cam.

When in the softcam menu using openvix you highlight the cam you want to use and then press the blue button on your remote to enable or disable the cam from starting up.....

I don't have one of these hubs but from previous posts that have appeared on here from other members etc.... when you change the hub over to modem mode only have you got your router connected to it that you were using previously?

What cam are you running on the boxes??
Both tuners should be set to simple/single 28.2e .....

If it's showing no entitlements bud you will have to wait possibly a day or two for the unique EMM it requires to come through..... i always found leaving the box on sky news with the card running worked.

First of all your using the newer red sly card now which has a caid of 0960 instead of 0963 like the white sly cards have... You will also need to add the boxkey to your oscam configs when using the red card, with oscam under the reader tab you will need to add the line-
boxid= xxxxxxxx (replace the x's with your boxkey)

when I try to download file I am getting attachment.php file
Either use a different browser like firefox or chrome or if you need to use IE then add the forum to the compatibility view settings....

Why would your HDD be spinning all the time??? it would only spin when you access a plugin that has been moved to there...... or you could use a mounted usb stick to setup a swap file, no spinning then.
Unless you remove plugins that you don't need then your not going to be able to free up any space.... the duo is a really old spec now and as new images are becoming bigger in size initially then there is only so much you can do.

Is there a HDD installed in the Duo??? if so set up a swap file.... or use the pluginmover addon.

Open the openwebif plugin...... you can make the change in there.

Have you added the box key to your cam configs?? You need to do this with the red card.... And no it's very unlikely that the HD channels will be back.....
